All reservations must be paid in advance to be confirmed.
The change of dates, previously requested, is subject to availability.
No penalty for change of dates up to 15 days prior to reservation. After 15 day a 25% refund of payments.
Reservations can be made by sendding an e-mail to [email protected] or by Phone.
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the email [email protected].
If cancelled 30 days prior to stay you will receive 100% refund minus 8% for bank and administrative cost.
If cancelled 15 days prior to stay you will receive a 50% refund of payment and after this time period no refunds will be made.
In case the client does not arrive, the no-show charge will be applied, which is equivalent to 100% of the reservation.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the forest, it is only allowed in the designated areas.
No hunting allowed.
The Hacienda offers parking area.
The guest must know and follow our sustainability policy.
